结合当前的“互联网+”应用,分析和探讨在医学大数据时代背景下,医学信息研究机构如何发挥自身优势,拓展医学信息研究的服务对象、目标和服务空间,组建医学信息行业特色新型智库的发展路径,为推动我国综合型特色化前瞻性国家医学与健康高端智库建设提出建议。
Abstract
Combining with current “Internet+” applications, this paper mainly analyzed and discussed medical information research institutions how to play their own advantages, and how to expand the service objects, goals and service spaces of medical information researches under the background of medical big data era. This paper also analyzed the construction practices and development paths of new and distinctive think-tanks of medical information industry in China, so as to put forward policy suggestions for actively promoting the constructions of China's comprehensive, characteristic and prospective high-end think-tanks in the field of medical and health.
