Abstract

Objective To understand public satisfaction on catering services food safety and local government relevant works. Methods It investigated and analyzed 15 districts by“ Questionnaire survey public satisfaction on catering services food safety” through intercept survey method. Results The synthesis score of public satisfaction on food safety scale was 68. 40. The front three rank score was 72. 29,72. 25 and 71. 16 respectively,the average score was 68. 62. The highest score of supervision working,publicity working and the force of hitting unlawful act which local government participation was 72. 16,72. 10 and 68. 78 respectively. The front three rank score of public satisfaction on local government relevant works was 70. 47,70. 33 and 70. 10 respectively. Conclusions The evaluation of information announcement of public to local catering services and overall satisfaction evaluation of local catering services food safety were relatively higher. But the score of public satisfaction on local government striking illegal behavior of catering services was relatively lower. In addition,It was not allow optimistic to evaluation on the quality of takeaway food.
