This paper explores the method of performance evaluation and remuneration allocation based on hospital operation management system. Through building comprehensive management by objectives and setting target value of management index based on the costing,make effective engagement between management by objectives and cost controlling. And then establish performance evaluation and remuneration allocation mode based on hospital operation management so as to implement performance evaluation and remuneration allocation under this mode reasonably.
