Objective To analyze the rule laws and popular feature of wild mushroom poisoning in Yunnan province so as to provide basis for formulating measures of preventing and controlling wild mushroom poisoning. Methods According to foodborne disease monitoring data and statistical report,it analyzed wild mushroom poisoning from 2011 to 2017 in Yunnan province. Results From 2011 to 2017,a total of 1789 cases of wild mushroom poisoning were reported in Yunnan Province,there were 7966 persons poisoning and 219 patients died with mortality 2.7%. Wild mushroom poisoning was occurred in the second and third quarters. 89.8% cases of wild mushroom poisoning occurred in rural areas,and 86.6% cases of wild mushroom poisoning occurred in households. More poisoning people were involved in rural feast,average was 71 persons for every case. Most of them were young adults whose aged from 20 to 59 years old,accounted 74.2%. Case fatality rate was mostly under 6 years and above 60 years old with mortality 6.6%. High-prevalence areas of wild mushroom poisoning were Chuxiong prefecture,Wenshan prefecture and Yuxi city with 52.2% of total report. Conclusions There are obvious differences of seasonal and regional in wild mushroom poisoning in Yunnan Province. Family and rural feastare main places of wild mushroom poisoning. Most of them are young adults. Case fatality rate is mostly under 6 years and above 60 years old. The situation of prevention and control of wild mushroom poisoning in Yunnan Province is not optimistic,and it should be paid attention to.
