Abstract

Research on the cultivation and improvement of the implicit quality for general practitioners(gp)under the implicit competency model is conducive to the improvement of service quality of general practitioners,so as to strengthen the construction of grassroots health services in China. Comb through the literature research on implicit competency dimensions of gp,it conducts behavioral event interview on 37 gp to build implicit competency model of gp which include four dimensions,17 index elements,and puts forward the path of improving implicit competency for gp from 4 angles of strengthening self-awareness,actively participating in practice,improving service consciousness and multi-channel seepage.
