The internal control construction of public hospitals,as the key content of the “14th Five-Year Plan”,is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals. Closely related the “14th Five-Year Plan”,taking B hospital as an example,the study analyzes four aspects from organizational structure,institutional construction,audit supervision and warning education. Some suggestions are put forward to optimize the organizational structure,improve the system,strengthen the audit supervision,reinforce the information construction of internal control and enrich the warning education contents.
