Objective To know the cognitive status of informing obligations of doctors,and find out the problems in order to better fulfill the obligations and lay the foundation of harmonious doctor-patient relationship. Methods Questionnaire was designed for a convenient sampling among 360 doctors,knew cognitive situation of medical informing relevance rule,obstructive factors in the process of fulfilling obligations and problems. Results The 353 questionnaires returned. The investigation Results showed that 60.7% clinical doctors agreed with medical informing obligations is necessary.64% doctors had taken part in the hospitals' training. There was statistical significance in awareness of specification informing to different age,education and department doctors. Conclusions Doctors are lack of the cognition of medical informing relevance rule,and they think there are many problems in the process of fulfilling obligations. It needs to strengthen the training of laws and regulations aiming at doctors,and further moving forward the detailed and workable files.
