通过对我国医疗纠纷发生情况、医疗纠纷处理途径、医疗风险分担策略与国外进行对比研究,认为医疗纠纷频发是世界各国面临的共同问题,但不同的是:在国外,由医疗纠纷演化为社会性冲突事件鲜有报道;我国医疗纠纷处理方式与国外相比有三大差异、存在三大法制缺陷。因此,完善医疗纠纷处理途径及建立医疗纠纷社会分担机制尤为重要。
Abstract
Comparative study on the strategy of medical dispute occurrence,resolution and medical risk sharing in domestic and foreign countries. It thinks that frequent medical dispute is a common problem which all countries are facing. Bur there are different such as that there is few news report about medical disputes become sociality conflict events. Secondly,compared to the resolution of medical disputes in our country and abroad,there are three big differences,and three major legal defects. Therefore,it is very important that perfect medical dispute resolution way and establish medical disputes social sharing mechanism.
