[目的] 分析患者满意度在个人-组织匹配对工作绩效的调节作用。[方法] 随机选择浙江省2家公立医院的157名医务人员进行问卷调查,采用层级回归分析探讨患者满意度的调节效应。[结果] 个人-组织价值观匹配对工作绩效有正向影响(P<0.01);患者满意度对工作绩效有正向影响(P<0.01);医护人员感知到的患者满意度和个人-组织价值观匹配的交互项对工作绩效有负向影响(P<0.01)。[结论] 患者满意度对个人-组织价值观匹配与工作绩效之间具有负向调节效应,过分关注患者满意度不利于医务人员工作绩效提升。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the accommodation of patients' satisfaction about person-organization matching on job performance. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 157 medical staffs from 2 public hospitals in Zhejiang Province by random selection. Hierarchical regression analysis were used to analyze moderating effect. Results It had positive impact on person-organization value matching(P<0.01)to job performance,and patients' satisfaction to job performance as well(P<0.01). It had negative influence on interaction items between patients' satisfaction and person-organization value matching(P<0.01). Conclusions It had negative moderating effect on patients' satisfaction between person-organization value matching and personal performance. Excessively attention to patients' satisfaction is not conductive to the improvement of medical staffs' job performance.
