[目的] 分析2015年四川省大型医用设备使用情况,为大型医用设备合理使用提供参考。[方法] 采用统计描述方法对设备使用情况进行研究。[结果] 四川拥有742台大型医用设备,年均增长率为3.28%,其中甲类设备2台,乙类设备740台;除γ刀外,2015年四川省各类大型医用设备的配置水平均低于同年全国平均水平;全省“待淘汰”设备高达8.76%,1.61%的设备超出建议使用年限;大型医用设备平均年开机天数超出国家规定的34.15%,设备年检查/治疗人次数差距较大,CT的最大值与最小值之比最高达到1929∶1;设备平均开机利用率为46.17%,平均时间利用率为104.93%,平均能力利用率为93.38%。[结论] 2015年四川省大型医用设备增量合理,但配置水平低,设备利用不足和利用过度共存。应开展卫生技术评估,加强监督,全程管理,推进设备共享。

Objective To analyze the use of large-scale medical equipment in Sichuan Province in 2015 so as to provide reference for rational use of large-scale medical equipment.Methods It used statistical description methods to study the use of equipment.Results There were 742 large-scale medical equipment in Sichuan province,with average annual growth rate of 3.28%,including two Class A equipment and 740 Class B equipment. In addition to Gamma knife,the configuration level of all kinds of large medical equipment in Sichuan province in 2015 was lower than the national average. “To be eliminated” equipment was as high as 8.76%,1.61% of the equipment exceeded recommended durable years. The average number of days of large-scale medical equipment on running exceeded 34.15% of the national regulations. The gap of the number of annual inspections/treatments of equipment was large. The ratio of the maximum and minimum values of CT reached 1929:1. The average equipment on running utilization rate was 46.17%,average time utilization rate was 104.93%,and average capacity utilization rate was 93.38%.Conclusions In 2015,the growth of large medical equipment in Sichuan province was reasonable,but the configuration level was low,Both underutilized and excessive utilization coexisted. Health technology assessment should be carried out,strengthen supervision,whole-process management and promote equipment sharing.
