随着世界人口老龄化问题和疾病负担的不断加重,为克服医疗费用支出增长迅速,患者服务碎片化、低价值等问题,整合型医疗服务体系应运而生,成为当前国际医疗服务供给侧改革的新趋势。英美等发达国家在这方面已有一定的实践,近年来,我国多个地方也在不断探索建立整合型医疗服务。本文对整合型医疗服务的服务内涵、分类、维度进行分析,阐释整合型医疗服务的国内外研究现状,探讨整合型医疗服务的实施策略,为我国整合型医疗服务体系建设提供依据。
Abstract
With continuous seriousness of aging problem and diseases burden in the world. In order to overcome the rapid growth of medical expenses,fragmentation of patient services,low value and other problems,integrated medical service system has rose in response to the proper time and conditions,and has become new trend of current international medical service supply-side reform. The United Kingdom and the United States and other developed country have a certain practice in this respect. In recent years,many places in our country have been exploring the establishment of integrated medical services. This article analyzes service connotation,classification and dimensions of integrated medical services,explains current research status of integrated medical services at home and abroad,discusses the implementation strategies of integrated medical services so as to provides basis for the construction of integrated medical service systems in our country.
