我国东中西部地区中医药人力资源供需耦合协调度研究

摘要

[目的] 明确中医药人力资源供给水平与需求水平的协调发展关系,为促进两系统实现均衡发展提供参考。[方法] 以我国中医药人力资源为研究对象,通过测算2019年相关指标数据,构建耦合协调模型,对我国中医药人力资源耦合协调度进行实证研究。[结果] 我国中医药人力资源供需耦合协调水平整体以协调发展区间为主,东、中、西三区域均属于协调发展区间,31个省份中有7个省份属于过渡调和区间,2个省份属于失调衰退区间。[结论] 我国区域间中医药人力资源供需协调度差异较小,整体协调发展水平较高;我国区域内省份间中医药人力资源供需协调度差异较大;同一协调类型的不同省份间制约因素各不相同。

Abstract

Objective To clarify the coordinated development relationship between the supply and demand of TCM human resource so as to provide reference for promoting the balanced development of the two systems. Methods It took TCM human resource as the research object,measured and calculated the relevant index data in 2019,built coupling coordination model to make an empirical study on coupling coordination degree of TCM human resource in China. Results The overall coordination level of supply and demand coupling of TCM human resource was mainly in the range of coordinated development. The eastern,central and western regions all belong to the zone of coordinated development. There were 7 provinces belong to transitional harmonic interval,and 2 provinces belong to dysfunctional recession zone in 31 provinces. Conclusions The inter-regional difference of supply and demand coordination degree of traditional Chinese medicine human resources is small,and the overall coordinated development level is high. The coordination degree of supply and demand of TCM human resources has large difference between provinces within the region. The restrictive factors are different between different provinces of the same coordination type.
