卫生健康是国家重要民生工作,意在维护人民生命或保护身体处于一种健康状态,这是中国共产党的一项重大政治任务,在抗击新冠肺炎疫情中彰显其重大意义。从卫生健康工作的价值意蕴来讲,保障人人健康权利是马克思主义的价值追求,一切为了人民健康是中国共产党的价值宗旨,“健康优先”是国家建设与发展的价值立场,“中国特色”是卫生健康事业的价值属性。从卫生健康与共同富裕的内在机理来讲,卫生健康作为共同富裕的重要组成部分,是评判共同富裕水平的重要指标,是实现共同富裕的强力支撑,二者在中国式现代化道路中互嵌。因此,在全面建设社会主义现代化国家、向第二个百年奋斗目标进军的新阶段,要深刻认识卫生健康与共同富裕之间的紧密关联,推动二者在党的领导下坚定政治方向、在推进高质量发展中激发内在动力、在人民共建共享中实现齐头并进,为促进人的全面发展与社会全面进步夯实健康底色与共富成色。

Health is an important work for the people's livelihood in the country,which aims to preserve people's lives or protect their bodies in a healthy state. This is a major political task of the Communist Party of China and shows its great significance in the fight against COVID-19. From the perspective of the value implication of health work,protecting everyone's right to health is the value pursuit of Marxism,all for the people's health is the value purpose of the Communist Party of China,“health first”is the value standpoint of national construction and development,and“Chinese characteristics”is the value attribute of health care. From the perspective of the internal mechanism of health and common prosperity,as an important part of common prosperity,health is an important indicator for judging the level of common prosperity and a strong support for achieving common prosperity. The two are interwoven in the road of Chinese modernization. Therefore,in the new stage of comprehensively building a modern socialist country and marching towards the second centenary goal,we must deeply understand the close relationship between health and common prosperity,promote the two to firm political direction under the leadership of the Party,stimulate internal motivation in promoting high-quality development,and achieve simultaneous progress in the people's joint construction and sharing,so as to consolidate the healthy background and common prosperity for promoting the all-round development of people and comprehensive social progress.
